We have blocked guest rooms for Wednesday, November 1, and Thursday, November 2. Rates are: single occupancy, $130.00; double occupancy, $140.00; triple occupancy, $150.00; and quadruple occupancy, $160.00. Reservations can be made by calling Hyatt on Capitol Square at 614-228-1234. Identify yourself as being with OPAA to get our rate. The cutoff date is October 12, 2000. It would be wise to make your reservation as early as possible!
The registration fee of $150.00 covers handout materials, refreshments at all breaks, lunch both days, and hors d'oeuvres at the Thursday evening reception (sorry, it's a cash bar). Because we must commit early to the expenses involved in producing the handout, cancellations through October 25 will be assessed a $35.00 fee, and the handout materials will be sent to you. Cancellations after October 25 will be assessed a total of $75.00. In addition to the handouts, this will help to defray the cost of food guarantees required at that time.
If you can only attend one day, the following fees apply: $90.00 registration; $35.00 assessed for cancellation through October 25; and $50.00 assessed for cancellation after October 25.
If anyone registering has special dietary requirements, please contact Delores at 614-221-1266, so that arrangements can be made with the hotel in advance.
